Hit 1,000 automated replies last month from a single AI chatbot script

I set up a simple chatbot for my lawn care website just to handle basic questions about pricing and availability. Last month I checked the logs and realized it had sent over 1,000 responses without me lifting a finger. Has anyone else seen those kind of numbers from a small automation setup?

daniel214, I had the same worry at first. My lawn care bot probably does more because i set up a few extra 'if this then that' triggers. Like if someone asks about pricing, it sends them a link to the price list and then asks if they want a free quote. And if they dont answer in 24 hours it sends a follow up asking if theyre still interested. That one follow up alone probably doubled my replies. Also i made sure it answers common questions people have about service areas and what we do with the clippings. Those little extra paths add up fast.

1000 replies in a month? That's wild. I run a small cleaning biz and set up a chatbot on my site to handle booking questions. I thought it was doing okay but it only sent out maybe 150 replies last month. Now I'm wondering if I need to tweak something or if my script is just super lazy. Seriously, a thousand makes me feel like my bot is asleep on the job.
