I finally had an AI scheduling tool mess up a job site delivery
My crew was supposed to get a concrete pump at 8am last Thursday. The AI scheduling bot I've been testing shifted it to 10am without telling me. By the time I noticed, the truck had already left and I had to pay a $150 rush fee to get it back. Has anyone else had an AI system quietly change plans on you without notice?
