Rant: My AI voice assistant gave a eulogy instead of a grocery list

Last Tuesday I was in the Costco parking lot in Fresno and asked my phone to add milk and eggs to my notes. It instead pulled up a speech it had generated from a random email thread and read it aloud for 45 seconds. My toddler in the back seat started clapping, thinking it was a song. I canceled the whole shopping trip and sat there for five minutes trying to figure out which setting caused that. Has anyone else had a smart assistant latch onto the wrong context like that, or is mine just haunted?
