Update: That AI scheduling tool I tried for 3 weeks backfired hard
Last month I started using an AI tool to plan my work calendar, thinking it'd save me time. It kept double-booking my contractor visits and missed a client call in Austin last Thursday. Spent 2 hours fixing the mess it made. Has anyone else had an AI tool just create more work instead of less?

The double booking thing happened to me with two different calendar bots.

God I hate that. I had this one calendar bot that kept double booking me for like a week straight and I could not figure out why. I mean it was all nice and automatic until I showed up to two different coffee meetings at the same time. That was super awkward because both people were like are you okay and I had to pretend like I had some kind of emergency. Now I just manually check my calendar every morning before I agree to anything. Maybe it's just me but I feel like these bots are great until they aren't and then you're just stuck dealing with the mess.
