Vent: My AI writing tool lost my voice in 3 months

Started using this AI helper back in April. My blog posts sounded like me - casual, messy, real. Fast forward to July and everything reads like a boring textbook. Same vocabulary, same structure, zero personality. I think it learned from too many corporate samples. Anyone else notice their AI tools slowly flattening out how they write?

Honestly, re-feeding it your old posts every few weeks?! That is wild to me. Ngl, I would have just quit and found a different tool if I had to do that much maintenance. Tbh, I thought these things were supposed to learn once and then just keep getting better, not forget everything every month. That sounds like a ton of extra work just to keep a consistent voice, which is the whole point of using it in the first place. Wow, I am honestly shocked people have to put in that much effort to stop it from sounding like a boring robot.

Yeah I ran into this exact problem. What fixed it for me was re-feeding it my old posts every few weeks to remind it how I actually write. You gotta treat it like a dog that needs refresher training or it just drifts back to boring corporate mode.
