Air fryer chicken wings are better naked than breaded
Had a wing party last Saturday. Everyone raves about breading wings first. I tried it once 3 months ago. Turned out soggy and the coating fell off. Naked wings at 380 degrees for 25 minutes come out perfect. Crispy skin every time. Anyone else skip the breading step?

Honestly, depends on the context. I've seen people overthink simple stuff and miss the real issue completely. Just my two cents though.
