Just had my best air fryer week ever after 3 bad tries in a row
I got an air fryer 2 months ago and my first few attempts were a disaster. Burnt chicken thighs, soggy fries, you name it. But this week I finally nailed it. Made frozen fish sticks that were actually crispy in 8 minutes flat and they tasted better than oven baked. Then I did sweet potato cubes with olive oil and garlic powder at 400 for 15 minutes and they came out perfect. What's the one recipe that made you feel like you finally figured out your air fryer?

Wait, people are really acting like air frying is some kind of life skill now? It's just a tiny convection oven with a fan, not brain surgery. I've had mine for a year and still mess up stuff sometimes. Throw food in, set a timer, shake it around. If it burns, you ate it too fast or didn't check it halfway through. I'm glad you finally got some decent results, but maybe don't act like you cracked some secret code. It's literally a countertop appliance, not a whole new way of cooking.

Saw something online the other day about how air fryers are basically just rebranded convection ovens that people forgot existed... and it kind of made sense. Still like mine though, just don't get the hype sometimes.
