Just realized I’ve been overcooking chicken in my air fryer for months after a convo with my sister last weekend
She told me she cooks her chicken breasts at 350 for 12 minutes instead of 400 for 20 like I do, and after trying it, they came out actually juicy instead of dry every time, so why does every recipe online push high heat?

It's funny how we all just trust the loudest voices online instead of actually questioning stuff.

Works pretty well until the loudest voice is wrong. Then we all just move on to the next one.
