My neighbor's air fryer nachos were a hit at our garage sale

How do I make cheesy nachos in the air fryer without a mess?

Wait, they brought air fryer nachos to a garage sale? I'm stuck on that part. Like, were they just passing out hot plates of nachos to people browsing old lamps? That seems so wild to me. I picture cheese all over someone's vintage t-shirt purchase. Anyway, for no mess, I use those foil liners made for air fryers. Put your chips and cheese on that so nothing drips down.

People do all sorts of things at garage sales, so nachos aren't that out there. Bringing food can make the event more social, even if it's a bit messy. I've seen worse at sales, like kids running around with ice cream. The foil liners are a good tip, but sometimes a little mess is part of the fun. It's just a garage sale, not a formal dinner party. If someone gets cheese on a vintage shirt, it's probably not the end of the world.

Oh man, I used to think air fryer nachos were a guaranteed disaster. Then I tried the foil liner trick like sarah950 said, but I also layer it: chips, a little cheese, more chips, then the rest of the cheese. It keeps the top chips from flying around and melting cheese gets everywhere. Works like a charm, no cleanup.
