My weekly veggie scraps now go into air fryer crisps instead of the bin
This little change has seriously cut down on my food waste.

I used to just toss kale stems and carrot tops without a second thought. Saw this idea online and tried it with some old beet greens last week. Sprinkled them with salt and air fried until crispy, totally changed my view. Now I'm looking at potato peels and broccoli stalks completely differently. Feels good to actually use the whole thing for once.

My buddy's wife started doing that and he made fun of her until he tried the crispy brussel sprout leaves. He's the one saving all the onion skins now for broth, it's kind of hilarious.
