Need advice on air fryer recipes for picky kids

Honestly, my two boys are so picky with food it drives me nuts. I got an air fryer hoping to make quick dinners, but they only want the same frozen stuff. Tbh, I want to mix in more veggies and healthy proteins. Ngl, each time I try a new recipe, one of them turns up his nose. It's like a daily battle at the dinner table. Does anyone have go-to air fryer dishes that kids actually enjoy? Maybe something with hidden veggies or a fun shape?

Have you tried making the food look less like a "healthy" meal? My nephew will eat almost anything if I cut it into triangles or use mini cookie cutters on chicken strips.
