Shoutout to my air fryer for getting me through a really weird Tuesday
My stove went out for a whole day last week, right when I had a bunch of chicken thighs to cook. I ended up using just the air fryer for everything, even roasted some potatoes and green beans in there. It was kind of a fun challenge to see what I could make. Has anyone else had to cook a whole meal with just the air fryer?

My air fryer once cooked three meals in a row because I was too lazy to wash a pan.

A whole day without a stove sounds like a nightmare. I'm impressed you pulled off chicken, potatoes, and beans all in the air fryer. I would have given up and ordered pizza after the first round. That little basket is a lifesaver for sure.
