So I tried making cinnamon rolls in the air fryer and they turned into hockey pucks

Nah, I gotta push back a little here. I've actually had pretty good luck with air fryer cinnamon rolls, but you gotta adjust the temp way down and check them early (like at the 5 minute mark). Most recipes say 350 but that's way too hot for the air fryer - I usually do 300-325 and they come out soft in the middle with nice brown edges.
