A tech in Boise told me my keypad placement was wrong and the reason was so simple it bugged me
He pointed out I kept putting them at chest height next to the door frame, which means the homeowner has to stand in the doorway with their back to the room while they arm the system, so now I mount them off to the side about 48 inches up where you can actually see the whole house, and I've had zero callbacks about it in 6 months.
