Customer said the keypad was 'too noisy' at 3am, install went sideways
Pulled a panel swap in a house near Austin last Tuesday and their sensor wire was stapled under baseboard that had been glued to the floor. I used to think wireless was just for lazy jobs, but after wrestling that for 90 minutes I get why the newer guys push for it. Has anyone else had a customer complain about the beep volume during a code entry that turned into a whole retrofit?
