Hot take: my $600 thermal camera found 4 bad panels in one day and paid for itself
I bought a $600 thermal cam after a buddy in Reno swore by his, and it caught 4 loose breaker connections on a 60 unit complex that looked fine with my meter. Two of those panels were running 40 degrees hotter than the rest, so we tightened them up before anything melted. Do you all run thermal on every service call or just when the customer complains about warm panels?
