I actually didn't see it myself, but my friend was there with his daughter. He told me they passed this homeless guy near the train station, and this kid from a nice house walked up and handed the guy a whole bag of groceries. My friend said the homeless guy started crying, real quiet like. Then the kid just said 'my mom wanted me to give you this' and ran off. He said it hit him hard because it wasn't some big charity thing, just a normal person doing something kind. That story stuck with me way more than anything I could have seen on my own.
