The mall retrofit that made me ditch the ladder for a lift

Back in 2015 I was doing a warehouse conversion over by the old Sears building on 4th Ave. The ceiling was 30 feet up and we had to run all new motion sensors with 12 gauge wire. After three days of hauling a 14 foot ladder across that cracked concrete floor, my shoulders were shot. The GC finally rented a scissor lift for the sheetrock crew and I hopped on it for one run. Never touched a ladder on a high ceiling job again, it cut the install time in half. Anyone else made the switch and never looked back?
