Heard they fail in high heat, that true?

Describe the actual failure you saw. Did the battery die, did the signal drop, or did the sensor itself give bad readings? Knowing exactly how it messed up helps figure out if it's a heat thing or just a bad product.

Yeah heard the same about heat failure. I just stuck with the wired ones on my last desert job, zero issues.
