Two-way audio saved a $4k job in Austin last night
Customer was dead set on a basic keypad system, but I pushed for the panel with two-way audio and remote unlock. At 2am their dog set off the interior motion, and instead of a false alarm fine we talked them down from the panic and unlocked the door for the cops. Has anyone else had a client flip on the extra cost until it actually proves itself?

Did the dog set it off every night till they upgraded, or was that a one time thing?

Ha, yeah I used to think it was a fluke too, but after seeing that I changed my mind completely.
