Appreciation post: the inspector in Red Deer who changed my mind on backfill
I figured my 40 year old lawn was fine over the weeping tile, but a guy doing a sewer scope for me in Red Deer last month showed me a 3 foot dip where the soil had settled and said to fix it now or pay later. I dug it up two weeks ago and the pipe was already sagging. Has anyone dealt with a dip like that and did regrading alone hold it?
