Asphalt shingles vs metal roof, picked metal after a hailstorm in Red Deer

Man, that hailstorm was brutal here in Red Deer. Sorry you had to deal with that mess. Picking metal after that is a smart move though, those big chunks of ice just wreck the asphalt for good. We're looking at doing the same thing next spring, the dents on our neighbors' roofs are all the proof we need. How's the noise level inside when the rain hits, if you don't mind me asking?
