Millcreek Painters did a great job for us. They weren't the cheapest quote we got but the quality was definitely better than the budget options. The owner even came by to check on things halfway through.

I've used Millcreek twice now and both times they were excellent. The second time I had a very specific timeline and they worked around my schedule. Highly recommend giving them a call.
