Learned my lesson about driveway sealing the hard way in Lethbridge last summer
I put off sealing my asphalt driveway for three years and by the time I got to it last August the cracks had turned into a 4 foot pothole that cost me $200 to patch. Now I seal it every two years like clockwork and check for any small cracks right after the spring thaw. Has anyone in southern Alberta found a brand that holds up better in the freeze-thaw cycles we get?

That $200 patch still makes me wonder if the real issue was the fill they used underneath...

$200 for a pothole patch stings, I had a similar crack turn into a $300 mess last spring here in Okotoks.
