Hit 100,000 miles on my 2015 F-150 work truck, do I fix or retire it?

My F-150 just rolled past 100,000 miles out near Rio Rancho, and now I'm torn. The engine and transmission still feel solid, but I've already dropped $1,200 on new brakes and a radiator this year. Some folks in my crew say push it to 150k, others swear at 100k you're just throwing money at a ticking clock. Anyone else hit this wall with their work truck, and what made you decide to keep or replace?
