My drip irrigation system exploded in the backyard at 6 AM
Was testing a new timer from Lowe's in the North Valley and a connector blew off the main line, flooding half the garden before I could shut the water off at the meter, has anyone else had trouble with those quick connect fittings popping loose under pressure?

Woke up to my own little indoor swimming pool last summer when a timer decided 4 AM was the perfect time to test its max pressure setting. I feel your pain on the quick connects, they work great until they don't and you're doing the wet sock shuffle across the lawn. Had one pop off while I was just standing there watching it like a fool, spraying water straight up my nose. At least you caught it before the whole garden turned into a rice paddy, right?
