Picked a $12 bag of sand over the $45 paver base for my shed pad
Had a 10x12 shed slab to prep off Coors and the big box guy tried to sell me the fancy paver base, but I went with plain sand and my plate compactor. Three weeks in it has not budged, even after that hail storm on the west side. Anyone else skipped the pricey base and regretted it later?
