The big box store lumber yard at Paseo del Norte got me rethinking my supplier

I swung by the Home Depot off Paseo and I-25 last Tuesday for some 2x4s and the new pressure treated stock they got in is actually straight and dry, which I never see there. Everyone I know swears by TruStile or the yard off 2nd Street, but their prices have crept up 18% since spring. That HD shipment had zero warped boards in the 40 I picked through, and they even had the 10-foot cedar at $12.47 a board. Am I the only one who's had a better run with the chain stores lately, or did I just hit a lucky pallet?
