Tried spray foam insulation in my garage and got way more moisture than I expected

I sealed up my garage in Albuquerque with closed cell spray foam last fall, thinking it would keep the dust out and save on cooling costs. Instead, I started finding condensation on the metal garage door and even some mold spots near the floor within a few months. Has anyone else in this dry climate had issues with spray foam trapping moisture in unexpected ways?

Albuquerque's 15% humidity mixed with a sealed garage creates a perfect moisture trap near that cold metal door.

Wait, 15% humidity is that low there?

lol @owens.willow, living in a desert is basically being a human raisin. 15% humidity sounds fake but it's real here. My lips are basically sandpaper and I get shocked by every doorknob. Moved here from the coast and my skin still hasn't forgiven me.
