Hit 50 consecutive days of morning walks and a stat caught me off guard
I've been tracking my steps with a cheap pedometer app, and yesterday it showed I've walked 187 miles total since starting this streak. That's basically the distance from my town to the next state over, which felt huge for someone who used to barely leave the couch. Does anyone else get surprised by random numbers when you stick with something small for a while?

Funny enough, I tracked my coffee consumption one month and realized I drank 40 gallons.

That 187 mile mark is really cool, but I actually think your math might be a little off. If you walk about 3 miles per hour and you did 50 days, 187 miles would mean you're averaging around 3.7 miles per walk which is a solid hour plus of walking every single day. Not impossible, just a lot more than most people realize when they start out. Either way, don't let that take away from the win - hitting 50 straight days is no joke. How did you keep yourself from skipping even one rainy morning?
