I keep replaying a weird look from my neighbor last Tuesday
I was taking out the trash and he was getting his mail, and I just said 'hey' but he gave me this sort of blank stare before saying it back. Now I'm wondering if I did something wrong, like maybe my dog barked earlier and I didn't hear it. Has anyone else gotten stuck on a tiny social moment like that?

Oh man, you are so in your own head right now. That guy was probably just tired or thinking about his own mail. People have weird days and make weird faces, it almost never means anything. You're gonna drive yourself crazy reading into a two second look.

My neighbor once gave me a look like that when I was wearing mismatched socks. Diana829 is right, you're overthinking a Tuesday mail-check stare.
