I keep seeing people in my building panic and call maintenance for a 'leak' that's just AC condensation dripping on their balcony.

Articles like that usually make me feel WAY smarter for about 30 seconds until I realize I barely understood the first paragraph. My brain just goes "cool, cool" and then immediately forgets everything. Classic me, right?
