The cashier at CVS last Thursday asked if I was okay and now I can't stop wondering if I looked like a mess

I was just buying generic allergy pills and some gum at 8pm but she had this worried look on her face and it's been 3 days and I keep replaying if my hair was sticking up or something, has anyone else had a stranger's random comment totally throw your whole self-image for a loop?

I used to tell people those type of questions are just small talk and not to read into it. Then a barista asked me if I was getting enough sleep and I spent the whole weekend staring at my reflection. It really does get under your skin.
