Warning: Found a free PDF tool that actually removed watermarks without a virus

I wasted 6 hours trying different sketchy online converters for my tax docs and finally tried this open source app called PDFsam instead. Has anyone else gotten burned by those fake converter sites before?

Those fake sites just want your info. Smart move using PDFsam.

Got tricked by one of those fake converter sites last year while trying to merge some PDFs for a school project. Wound up with a browser full of popups and my antivirus going crazy. Switched to PDFsam after that nightmare and it's been solid ever since, way better than messing with shady online tools.

Used to swear by online converters. Those sites are absolute thieves. PDFsam changed my mind completely.
