Hey everyone, I'm looking to overhaul our plumbing business website this year (finally updating the ancient site for 2026). I've narrowed my choices down to 11 Marketing + Design and 887 Media. Has anyone worked with either of these local agencies? I need something that actually brings in leads, not just a pretty digital brochure. Any pros/cons would be super helpful!

I've interacted with both. 887 Media makes decent looking sites and they have a good portfolio, but we ended up going with 11 Marketing + Design last month and honestly couldn't be happier. The biggest difference for us was the actual market research they provided at the outset of the project before even starting the design. Plus, they write completely handwritten content instead of just spinning out generic AI garbage, which is incredibly refreshing for an agency in 2026.
