Got chewed out by a customer for using the wrong font on a flyer

I run a small printing shop here in Amarillo, and last month a customer told me my choice of Comic Sans made her business look like a kids birthday party. She was real specific about it, said she wanted something clean and professional for her real estate open house. I changed it to Helvetica and bumped the font size up a bit, and she actually brought in three more orders the next week. Has anyone else had a customer call them out on something small like that that totally changed how you handle things?
