Heard a landlord say wifi is more important than parking, made me rethink my shop
Tbh I was grabbing coffee at Roasters on 6th and overheard a property guy telling someone that 3 of his tenants picked units based on fiber internet over having a dedicated lot. Got me thinking about my own spot on Georgia St, I spent $2k on a sign and zero on signal boosters. Has anyone else noticed customers asking about wifi before they even ask about what you sell?
