I finally asked a regular at my cafe why he always brings his own mug
He said he avoids the 25 cent charge and it saves us both a little money, which got me thinking about small perks for loyal customers. What's a simple thing you do to make your regulars feel appreciated?

Remembering their order is a solid move. That actually reminds me of this one time at a diner I used to go to, the cook would see my car pull in and just start my breakfast. It was a small thing, but man, it made me feel like a VIP.
