Morning rush at The Yellow City Market changed my whole approach to Saturday sales
I set up a popup booth at The Yellow City Market on Georgia St last Saturday and was drowning by 9am. No system for taking payments fast, people just walked away. A lady selling tamales next to me showed me how she preps her Square with item buttons and a printed price sheet. Now I got my own setup ready for this weekend, anyone else use shortcuts to speed up checkout at local markets?

That first busy market crash is rough, I've been there. Having a proper payment setup ready makes such a difference when the line gets long. Sounds like that tamale lady really saved your morning with her tips.
