Saw a food truck go from empty lot to packed in 6 months

There's this taco truck off Coulter that was always parked by a vacant lot back in March, barely anyone stopping. Now they got a line wrapping around the corner every lunch rush because they started posting daily specials on their instagram stories. Did anyone else notice a specific change that turned a slow business around around here?

Instagram stories changed everything for them. Consistent posting is the real cheat code.

My buddy runs a small restaurant and he was just talking about this. He started doing those little behind the scenes clips, like prepping ingredients and stuff, and people go nuts for it. He said he posts a story at like 2 in the afternoon showing the lunch rush and suddenly he gets a bunch of orders for dinner that night. It's wild how fast that stuff spreads, like one minute nobody knows what you're doing and the next your phone won't stop buzzing. But you gotta keep at it every single day, miss a couple days and it's like you disappeared off the face of the earth for people.
