Serious question, when did you learn that slow wins the race for Amarillo businesses?
I used to push for fast growth with my shop here in town. I figured if I didn't add more services quickly, people would lose interest. So I set a tight deadline to launch a new line within three months, and it was a total scramble. The quality suffered, and I barely slept trying to keep up. Then a fellow business owner at the Amarillo farmers market told me about their five-year plan to build a steady base. Hearing how they turned down quick cash to focus on doing one thing really well made me pause. I canceled my rushed plans and decided to just improve what I already had. Now, taking my time has brought in more reliable customers than any hurry ever did.

I pushed for speed too before realizing slower works better.

Yeah same here, honestly. @scott.william I spent years just rushing through tasks to get them done. Took me burning a simple dinner by rushing the recipe to see slowing down actually gets better results.

Hold up, you guys are talking like this is some huge life lesson. It's just cooking, right? I mean, @cole_lee burned dinner, not a whole house. Sometimes fast gets the job done fine. Do we really need to overthink every little task?
