I run a small print shop off 6th Street, and last month I stopped at The 806 for coffee before a big client meeting. The barista, a kid named Marcus, handed me my usual and said, "You look like you're about to lose your lease over that rush job." He was spot on, how do I get that kind of read on customers without being weird about it?
