The Palisades Coffee spot on Georgia changed my mind about their hipster vibe
Went in last week expecting overpriced pour-overs and laptops everywhere, but the owner remembered my name on day two and comped my refill when my meeting ran long. If they treat a random like that, I'm starting to wonder if I've been too quick to judge new places downtown. Has anyone else had a better-than-expected experience at a shop you initially wrote off?
