Took me 3 months to figure out my point of sale tax settings were wrong
I kept wondering why my quarterly sales tax report wasn't matching my records, and it turns out I had the wrong ZIP code for my Amarillo storefront inputted. I finally tracked it down after a 2 hour call with a support guy from Austin. Has anyone else had a tiny data entry error mess up their whole tax filing?

Small mistakes can snowball real fast" - man, you're not kidding. I once messed up a single digit on a customer's address and ended up delivering a $200 package to the wrong side of town, and the dude never got it back. That one typo turned into a whole week of phone calls and angry emails that made me want to throw my phone out the window.
