Can we talk about the Crunchyroll outage last Tuesday that wiped my entire 'Plan to Watch' list?
I lost over 80 saved shows when their servers hiccuped, and their support just told me to manually re-add everything, which feels like a massive oversight for a paid service, doesn't it?

Eighty shows is a brutal loss. Did they give any reason for the outage, or just a generic "technical issue" statement? Their response feels like they don't see a saved list as real user data worth protecting. I keep a note on my phone now too, but it's crazy we have to do their job for them.

My whole watchlist vanished during that big Hulu glitch last year. I started keeping a simple text file on my desktop after that, just show titles separated by commas. It takes two minutes to update when I add something new. Saved me a huge headache when the app messed up again last month.
