Hit 300 episodes of One Piece last night and it still feels too short

So I finally crossed the 300 episode mark in One Piece and honestly I thought I would be burnt out by now. I started watching back in February because a friend at work kept bugging me about it and I figured I would give it a shot. 300 episodes is a lot of time but the show keeps throwing new arcs and characters at me that I can't stop. The Arlong Park arc is what hooked me for real and now I am way past that. I keep hearing people say the pacing gets terrible later on but I haven't felt that yet. Has anyone else hit a weird milestone in a long running anime that made you stop and think about the time you invested?

Man 300 episodes and still feels short? I'm over here questioning my life choices after binging 50 episodes of anything, like did I really just spend a whole weekend watching cartoon pirates fight fish people. Arlong Park got me too, I was like oh this is just a silly show about rubber boy and then bam right in the feelings. My weird milestone was when I realized I've spent more time watching One Piece than I have at my actual job this year, and I'm not even mad about it.

Cartoon pirates fight fish people" lmaooo idk why that hit me so hard. But I gotta disagree on it feeling short, 300 eps in and I was already feeling the slog, especially during Skypiea. Arlong Park was good but the pacing gets rough later on for sure.

Riley, you really felt the slog during Skypiea? I always hear people say that but I actually liked Skypiea more than most arcs so far, did the whole "pointless adventure" vibe just not click with you at all, or was it the pacing that got to you first?
