Picked subbed over dubbed for Cyberpunk Edgerunners and I still think the original voices hit harder

Everyone kept saying the English cast nailed it but Lucy's lines felt way flatter in English so I switched back after three episodes, has anyone else had a favorite show ruined by a dub change?

Subbed ruined my ability to enjoy any dub where lips don't perfectly sync.

Oh man, 'subbed ruined my ability' - I feel that in my soul. I can't watch dubs now without getting distracted by every little mouth movement that's slightly off. My friends hate watching anime with me cause I'll just blurt out 'that lip flap doesn't match the voice actor's cadence at all.'
