Haha, yeah, 'digging deep into characters' is right. I mean, I used to rant about Light's god complex for so long my friends would just nod and slowly back away. But you're totally correct that those late-night Death Note fights had their own weird cozy vibe. Like, remember when we spent hours arguing if Near cheated to win? We were so invested it felt like we were solving the case ourselves. Now with Yuru Camp, it's more about sharing that calm feeling, but it's still just us geeking out.
