That $60 anime streaming subscription I forgot to cancel for 8 months
I signed up for a niche anime streaming service back in January to watch one specific series, then completely forgot about it until I checked my bank statement yesterday. Turns out they charged me $60 total over 8 months for a service I used for maybe 2 weeks. Has anyone else lost track of a subscription like this, or am I just the worst at remembering these things?

Oh man, I feel your pain so much. I did the exact same thing with a cooking app last year, signed up for a month to get some recipes and just totally spaced on canceling. It was like $50 over 5 months before I caught it, and honestly I got so mad at myself I couldn't even enjoy the food I made after that. The worst part is those companies make it just easy enough to sign up and just hard enough to cancel that you forget. I set a calendar reminder now every time I sign up for anything, even free trials, just to avoid that sinking feeling. It's not just you, these services are basically designed to slip through the cracks.
