Wasted $60 on a Crunchyroll premium account that barely works

I thought paying for the highest tier would give me 1080p streams without buffering but I still get pixelated video every night around 8pm. Support just said 'try clearing your cache' like 4 times without actually helping. Anyone else dealing with their streams going to crap during peak hours?

Try resetting your router and sacrificing a controller to the streaming gods, that usually works about as well as their support. Paid for the same tier and got the same pixelated mess during peak hours, feels like they just copy pasted the same response from a bot farm. Honestly at this point I'd have better luck streaming through a potato with a USB cord.

Read somewhere that crunchyshare basically oversells their server capacity during peak hours, so even premium users get throttled down to like 480p on popular shows. It's not a cache issue, it's them not having enough bandwidth for everyone watching at the same time. Funny how they never mention that in their ads or support scripts though. Maybe it's just me but I feel like they rely on people giving up rather than actually fixing the problem.
